This case is before the court on the defendant’s, Fort Wayne Education Association, Inc. (FWEA), Motion to Dismiss or Abstain filed on July 14, 1986. The motion sought dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the federal Rules of Civil Procedure or, in the alternative, a stay of proceedings in this case pending resolution of the issues in the state court actions.
