INTRODUCTION This matter is before the Court on Defendant Ameriprise Financial’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 10.) Pro se Plaintiff Tiwanda Lovelace opposes the motion (Doc. Nos. 17, 24) and also moves to amend her complaint (Doc.
