I,This appeal arises out of a dispute over a siding installment contract. Brian C. Schmalz d/b/a Square Deal Siding Company (“Mr. Schmalz”) is the plaintiff and defendant in reconvention in the litigation. Mrs. Stephanie Thaller (“Mrs. Thaller”) is the defendant. Mr. Matthew Thaller (“Mr. Thaller”) and Mrs. Thaller, husband and wife, are the plaintiffs in reconvention.
