ORDER

FITZPATRICK, District Judge.

Before the Court are Defendant’s and Plaintiffs motions for summary judgment (Tab #’s 24 and 31). Plaintiff has brought this action alleging that Defendant discriminated against her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). Defendant contends that (1) Plaintiff has not exhausted the administrative remedies required for actions under the ADA, and (2) Plaintiff does not have a disability as defined by the ADA.
