J. P. Kibler, suing “on behalf of himself and all other unsatisfied creditors, lien and otherwise,” of Mary V. Chaney, filed his bill in equity against her and others, alleging that he was a judgment creditor of Mary V. Chaney; that she owned certain land in Augusta county, which was subject to the liens of several deeds of trust and of his and other judgments; and praying that the land be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of these debts.
