MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD L. WILLIAMS, Senior District Judge.
This matter is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying Kay M. Roberge relief from the automatic stay in order to prosecute an equitable distribution suit against the debtor, Robert Arnold Roberge, Sr., in a Florida state court. Because the Bankruptcy Court’s action constituted an abuse of discretion, the decision of that court is reversed, the automatic stay is lifted with respect to Ms. Roberge’s equitable distribution proceeding in Florida, and the ease is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this…
