Stevens, J. —
I. Appellant was tried and convicted in the court below of the crime of seduction, and appeals. The crime is alleged to have been committed on or about October 10, 1923. The parents of Virginia Neligh, prosecutrix, resided at Grand Island, Nebraska; but a sister, Mrs. Iva Swanson, resided in Council Bluffs. It >vas at her home that she and appellant became acquainted. Appellant was 20 years of age at the time of the trial, and the prosecutrix 19.
