MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MILLER, District Judge.

Northern Indiana Gun and Outdoor Shows, Inc. (NIGOS) filed this case seeking to hold defendants Brian Hedman and Karl King liable pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violation of NIGOS’s political speech, commercial speech, and equal protection rights. A jury returned a verdict in favor of NIGOS and awarded $300,000 in damages. NIGOS requested, and this court denied on May 8, 2000, permanent injunctive relief.
