Shilene Johnson was discharged from her job as an elementary - school teacher in Fulton County and applied for unemployment-compensation benefits, which were denied. Following Johnson’s challenge, an administrative-hearing officer (“AHO”) affirmed the denial of benefits, as did both the Department of Labor Board of Review (the “Board”) and the Superior Court of Fulton County.
