Latresha Scott appeals from an order of the Superior Court of Fulton County that affirmed a decision by the Department of Labor’s Board of Review (“Board”) denying her application for unemployment benefits.1 Scott contends, inter alia, that the Board’s Administrative Hearing Officer (“hearing officer”) erroneously concluded that she did not resign from her job for good cause in connection with her work.
