Bernes, Judge.
Following a bench trial, Tony Lane Roach was convicted of criminal trespass. Roach appeals, contending the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. We agree and therefore reverse.
On appeal from a criminal conviction, we view the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, and the appellant no longer enjoys a presumption of innocence. See Feagin v. State, 198 Ga. App. 460 (1) (402 SE2d 80) (1991). We do not weigh the evidence or determine witness credibility, but determine whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain the verdict in accordance with the…
