The appellant, Maria Ruth Kevinezz, was convicted of vehicular homicide and following too closely, and was sentenced to eight years in prison for vehicular homicide and to twelve months in prison for following too closely, to be served concurrently with the vehicular homicide sentence. Kevinezz appeals, contending, among other things, that OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (5) is unconstitutional and that her indictment failed to put her on notice that she could be convicted of vehicular homicide based on a violation of § 40-6-391 (a) (5).
