On July 28, 2008, plaintiff employees commenced this against their employer, Raven P.D. Dennis, III, individually and d/b/a Cake Man Raven Confectionery and Cake Man Confectionery, Cake Man Raven Inc., f/k/a and d/b/a Cake Man Raven Confectionery and Cake Man Confectionery, and Cakeville USA Corp.
