LESLIE, Justice.
D. H. Jefferies sued the Burford Oil Company, a corporation, and J. P. Bohannon in the district court of Taylor county. The Bur-ford Oil Company filed its plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas county. Jefferies controverted the plea and seeks to maintain the venue in Taylor county. The plea of privilege was overruled and the Burford Oil Company appeals.
