In this putative class action, Plaintiff Danell Tomasella filed suit against Defendant Nestlé USA, Inc. ("Nestlé") alleging a violation of Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93A ("Chapter 93A") (Count One) and a claim for unjust enrichment (Count Two) based on Nestlé's failure to disclose on its product packaging that its chocolate products likely contain cocoa beans farmed by child and slave labor.
