Lin April 2003, plaintiffs, Timothy and Karen Gilbert, contracted with defendant, Robert Angel Builder, Inc., for the construction of a home on their lot at 209 Evangeline Walk in the Oak Alley Subdivision in Bossier City, Louisiana. The residential construction contract contained an arbitration clause requiring the parties to arbitrate all claims arising under the contract.
