Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 7, 2004, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive additional unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to Labor Law § 599.

Claimant filed an original claim for regular unemployment insurance benefits effective March 11, 2002 and exhausted such benefits on November 17, 2002. Thereafter, through February 16, 2003, she received further benefits under the temporary extended unemployment compensation program.
