Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed November 5, 1993, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive additional unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to Labor Law § 599 (2).
Claimant filed for unemployment insurance benefits effective April 15, 1991 and received such benefits until approximately October 21,1991.
