MEMORANDUM OF DECISION DENYING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY AND DENYING MOTION FOR REAR-GUMENT

This matter is before this Court on the Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay dated October 2, 2000 (hereafter “the motion”) and filed by creditors, Virginia O. Bickford, Thomas H. Ouellette, and James E. Ouellette (hereafter “the Movants”) and the oral Motion for Reargument made by Movants on November 10, 2000. For the reasons set forth below, both motions are denied.
