DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after an Evidentiary Hearing on two related matters: the Motion for Relief From Stay filed by JP Morgan Chase Bank, (Doc. No. 180); and the Debtors’ Objection to the Claim of JP Morgan Chase Bank. (Doc. No. 187). At the conclusion of the Hearing, the Court took the matters under advisement so as to afford the opportunity to further consider the issues raised by the Parties at the Hearing.
