for the Court:

¶ 1. Scotty B. Lyles, appearing pro se, appeals the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court’s dismissal of his motion for post-conviction relief (PCR). Finding no error, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. On May 22, 2006, Lyles robbed the Tobacco Shed, a convenience store in Starkville, Mississippi. Janice Kilgore, who was working at the store on this day, testified that between 10 and 11 a.m., a man wearing all-black clothing entered the store and pulled something over his face.
