This suit involves the ownership and possession of certain bonds issued by appellee, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Indiana. The spit was originally brought by Sophia Gagnon, who avers that she was the former wife of George S. Gagnon, now deceased, that she was divorced from him in April, 1910, that at the time of his death he was indebted to her for alimony in a sum approximating $22,000, that shortly after *409her divorce he married Anna S.
