In this appeal, we determine whether a claim for legal taalpractice is ripe for adjudication. In the underlying state court action, the clients have sued their former lawyers for the lawyers’ alleged negligence in handling their federal court personal injury cáses. The federal court dismissed the clients’ personal injury cases, ruling that Mexico was the proper forum for those suits.
