FORMAN, District Judge.

The first of the above named suits, in the form of an interpleader action, was brought by the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance 'Company (hereinafter called Hancock), as plaintiff, originally, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Mercer County, against the United Office and Professional Workers of America (hereinafter called UOPWA), a labor union and 20 individual members of the UOPWA, employees of Hancock, as defendants.
