This is an employment discrimination action brought by Plaintiff Annie F. Harris (“Harris”) against Defendant State Farm Life Insurance Company (“State Farm”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1981; and state law. Harris alleges that State Farm discriminated against her on the basis of race and age by denying her promotions and opportunities and by treating her in a discriminatory manner.
