This motion for sanctions arises out of Plaintiff Kassab’s (“Kassab”) request that another oral argument be scheduled after his attorney’s failure to appear for the first scheduled oral argument on Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment. This court had, at the first hearing, granted Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment.
