OPINION

SCHUMACHER, Judge.

Appellants J. Ralph and Christel Lilyerd challenge the trial court’s denial of their motion for specific performance. Appellants contend the trial court found that they were sole shareholders of a Minnesota farm entity and as such, that they are the “immediately preceding former owners” of farmland. Therefore, they are entitled to both a first refusal offer and the opportunity to repurchase the property from respondent Carlson.
