NICKERSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Dominick Lavelle, a junior high school principal in the New York City school system, invoking 42 U.S.C. § 1983, brought this action alleging that defendant Nathan Quinones, Chancellor of the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of New York (the Chancellor), deprived Lavelle of his right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment.
