Before the Court is the complaint of the •United States, Social Security Administration [SSA] filed on September 2, 2014, and the answer of the debtor, Pamela Drum-mond, filed on September 11, 2014. The Court held a trial on the merits on April 9, 2014, and, at the conclusion of trial, took the matter under advisement. For the reasons stated. below, the Court grants SSA’s complaint.

The Court has jurisdiction over this matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157, and it is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). The following…
