Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Joinder under Rule 19(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Defendant seeks an order requiring the Plaintiff to join two individuals as parties in this action. The Plaintiff has resisted the Defendant’s motion. Prior to ruling on the motion, the Court requested updated information from the Defendant regarding the status of administrative actions filed by the parties sought to be joined.
