Brown v. Eller Outdoor Advertising Co.

This is the third time this case has been presented to this Court. For more than ten years, the parties have contested the extent and amount of workers’ compensation benefits now centering on interest to be awarded and nursing care benefits. The relevant facts are contained in our previous opinion Brown v Eller Outdoor Advertising Co, 111 Mich App 538; 314 NW2d 685 (1981).
