MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The plaintiffs, Julie DiBiase and Samuel Magliari, allege the following facts in their amended complaint against the defendants, Oasis International Group (Oasis), James Richard doing business as South Windsor Travel (SWT), Friendly Holidays, Inc. (Friendly) and TravAmerica, Inc. (TA). The plaintiffs purchased an "all inclusive" vacation package, including hotel accommodations at the Club Oasis Akumal in Cancun, Mexico (the hotel), from SWT.
