Currently pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Rec. Doc. 173). Additionally, a similar motion is before the Court in Miriam Samuel, et al. v. Universal Health Services, Case No. 06-7234, Rec. Doc. 147.1 After considering *293the parties’ briefing and arguments, as well as the applicable law, IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand is DENIED.
