MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LASKER, District Judge.

Matthew and Lee Ann Delmonte between them assert fifteen claims against Laidlaw Environmental Services, Inc. All of the claims center on the contention that in early 1997, Laidlaw, then the employer of Mr. DelMonte and the former employer of Mrs. Delmonte, unlawfully interfered with their rights to marry. Each plaintiff alleges: a claim under the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act; a claim under the Massachusetts Declaration of Rights; intentional interference with the contract of marriage; and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.…
