Euretta Mix brought suit against Marion L. Swisher and Margaret A. Swisher and the plaintiffs in error upon a certain note and mortgage made, executed and delivered by the said Swishers toR. J. Waddell & Co. The mortgage-sued upon covered the following real estate, viz.: The southwest quarter of section 2, township 10, range-13, and east half of the northwest quarter of section 11, township 10, range 13.
