The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has filed in this Court an application for enforcement of its order issued on September 30, 1981, against Tamara Foods, Inc. (Tamara) pursuant to Section 10(a)-(c), 29 U.S.C. § 160(a)-(c) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act) as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 151, et seq. That Decision and Order of the NLRB is reported at 258 NLRB 180, 108 LRRM 1218.
