I. INTRODUCTION

This Memorandum Opinion is written pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 8001-1(b), which permits me to file a written opinion in support of an order that is the subject of an appeal. Local Rule 8001-1(b) provides that I may file such an opinion within 14 days of the filing of the notice of appeal. The 14-day time period expired on October 25, 2012.
