MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

The matter before the Court is the Motion of Novell, Inc. for Relief from the Automatic Stay Pursuant to Section 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code to Proceed with a District Court Action to (I) Apportion Revenue from SCOSource Licenses and (II) Determine SCO’s Authority to Enter into SCOSource Licenses, Etc. (the “Motion”) [D.I. 89].
