This was a claim for compensation by the widow of William H. Carroll. The industrial commission denied the claim, and, after unsuccessfully appealing to the superior court, the claimant brought the case to this court.

Mr. Carroll, an employee of Atlantic Ice & Coal Corporation, was required by his employer to make a trip from Atlanta, Georgia, to Jacksonville, Florida, on business for the company and it was agreed that he should go by automobile and use his own car.
