The defendant’s exceptions relate to the allowance of the plaintiff’s exceptions. The pertinent facts in that connection are these: On October 11, 1918, the plaintiff filed a bill of exceptions. On January 27, 1919, notice was sent in accordance with Rule 54 of the Superior Court (1915). Time for allowance of the exceptions was extended from time to time, the last extension expiring on August 1, 1919.
