Leonard v. Henry

Petitioner Leonard, who is the treasurer of the State of Arkansas, has filed in this court a petition for a writ of prohibition against Patrick Henry, as judge of the Bradley Circuit Court, to prevent that court from further proceeding with the trial of a cause there pending in which petitioner is a party in his official capacity as State Treasurer.
