This cause is before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion to Employ Special Legal Counsel, and the objections thereto filed by RFC Banking Company, f/k/a/ Peoples Banking Company, and Mark Dottore, Court-Appointed Receiver for Great Lakes Funding, Ltd., Inc.
