Hadden, Disinterested Trustee for Manufacturers Trading Corporation, a corporation in reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq., obtained, on December 30, 1949, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, a judgment by confession against Rumsey Products, Inc., a New York corporation, and five individuals, residents of New York.
