On October 14, 2011, Plaintiffs LEGO A/S and LEGO Systems, Inc. (collectively “Lego” or Plaintiffs) initiated this action, alleging infringement of two copyrights filed in 1994, VA 655-104 and VA 655-230 (the “Minifigure Copyrights”).
