This is an action of tort wherein the plaintiff a resident of Worcester within this Commonwealth, seeks to recover compensation for personal injuries received by him while a traveller upon a public way in said Worcester by reason of the negligence or wanton misconduct of the defendant in driving a motor vehicle. The defendant is a resident of Pennsylvania.
