JANSEN, EJ.

In this quo warranto action, 1 plaintiffs appeal by right the circuit court’s order validating a local election at which the qualified electors of Lincoln Charter Township voted to dissolve the township park commission. We reverse and remand to the circuit court for entry of an order consistent with this opinion.
