MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, Senior District Judge.

The plaintiff, afflicted by fibromyalgia, brings this action under the Americans with Disabilities Act, (“ADA”) 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101. et seq., claiming that the defendant violated the ADA in not returning the plaintiff to her former position with reasonable accommodation and in terminating her employment in retaliation for exercising her rights under the ADA. The defendant seeks summary judgment arguing that the plaintiff is unable to prove a prima facie case on either claim and asserting a limitations bar for damages prior to April 27, 1995.…
