The first point raised involves whether, upon the hearing of a petition, as in -this case, it is competent to regard the verified papers, in due form satisfying the statu*447■tory requisite to bring on. such hearing, as making a prima facie case and authorizing an order granting the petition in absence of evidence effectually rebutting such showing.
