In a habeas corpus proceeding, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered April 6, 1977, which, after a hearing, dismissed the proceeding. Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and respondent is directed to discharge the juvenile, Joseph P. (Anonymous), from custody forthwith.
