Appellee Fletcher declared against appellants, in the court below, alleging that they conspired to injure him; that they acted in pursuance of the alleged conspiracy to procurq, and did procure, his disbarment as an attorney in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia (now the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia), and in the Court of Claims of the United States; and that as a result thereof he suffered great damage.
